  Copyright bullshit
Sam, it looks like "the man" just threw a wrench in your theories about copyright laws (at least concerning music). Apparently ripping your CDs to your iPod is not "fair use" anymore. And listen to this gem:

"Similarly, creating a back-up copy of a music CD is not a non-infringing use...."

Not a non-infringment? I'll not non-infringe you!!

It'll never stand up in court. Mostly because if anyone tries it against me, I'll chop their knees off.

Can you imagine how weird copyright and intellectual property law would get if they ever got anywhere with human cloning? Who owns the copyright to you? Your parents? I mean, they made you, after all, seems like they'd retain rights to your distribution. Can they make a backup of you in case you fail?

No wonder so many people steal music. "The man" just keeps finding ways to make it more gratifying to stick it to him.

oh gad failure!!!!!!!

DRM is such horse these days. i say disregard it

Proof that Apple is smarter than you.
