Taro

While sitting here drinking my taro milk bubble tea, I realized I'm not even sure what taro is. Yeah, I've heard it's a root and whatever, but that just wasn't doing it for me.

I found this gem in the wiki:
"The plant is actually inedible if ingested raw because of raphides in the plant cells. Severe gastrointestinal distress can occur unless the plant is properly processed first."
